Therefore, we act in compliance with the applicable statutory provisions for the protection of personal data and data security, particularly with regard to the telecommunications media and the German Data Protection Act. 1. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the website (hereafter to be known as “Skywalk-website”) offered by Skywalk GmbH & Co. KG (hereafter to be known as “skywalk”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the websites of other service providers who are solely linked to the Skywalk-website.

2. Personal Data

Personal Data is data regarding personal or business details of a certain person or on a certain date determinable individual person, such as name, address, your bank account number, passport or telephone number, driver’s license number, and email address. Non-personal Data is, in contrast, data with which the ascertainment of your actual identity is not possible. This includes for example, information of your gender, which browser you use or which sports you prefer.

You will remain anonymous when using the skywalk-website, as long as you have not voluntarily given us personal data for our use. The only exception to this policy is represented by the temporary compulsory automatic storage of your IP-number. Full particulars are given below.

Automatic data collection, and use of the following personal data

We automatically collect information from everyone who visits the skywalk-websites regarding the IP-number assigned to your computer when you access the internet, which browser and operating system you use and which websites you have previously viewed. This data is stored in so-called log files on the web server. At the same time, the IP-number is considered to be personal data. For the protection against misuse of our own computer system, it is required to store the IP-number of site visitors for a temporary period of time. Otherwise, the IP-number will be erased from the log files. As a result, your IP-number remains anonymous even during the automatic collection and temporary storage of your IP-number.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google analytics, a web-analysis service of Googe Inc. („Google“) Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text data that is stored on your computer and enables analysis of website use. The information provided by the cookies regarding your use of this website (including your IP-Address) is transferred and stored to a Google server. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile Website activity reports for the website operators and to provide additional website- and Internet-linked services. Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social networking site, facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins can be identified by the Facebook logo (white ‘f’ over a blue square), a ‘thumbs-up’ symbol, or the phrase ‘Facebook Social Plugin’. When you visit a page on our website which contains a Facebook Social Plugin, a direct link is established between your browser and Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is then sent directly to your browser from Facebook and included by Facebook in the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook gathers using this plugin and inform you that according to our knowledge: By using the plugin, Facebook receives information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website.

Incidentally, other than the collection and uses of personal data mentioned in Nr. 4 a), we collect and use your data only when you have freely offered it to us and it is legally permitted or you have given express consent.

Collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of advertising, market research and for the further design of our websites is only permissable with your specific consent.

In the interest of maintaining customer relationships, we use your personal data now and then for advertising and market research purposes, and for the need-driven re-design of our website. 08. Prevention of the filing of Cookies

Although Cookies are only relevant for data privacy when stored in your personal data, many internet users remain skeptical of these small data packages. We would like to inform you that you should also protect respectively view the content of Cookies. Current browsers provide you with different functions for this, and with the help of your browser you can inform yourself in depth. Skywalk meets the technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your personal data from loss or misuse. Thus, your data is stored in a secure operations environment which is not accessible to the public. If you would like to contact Skywalk by email, we must inform you that the confidentiality of this information cannot be guaranteed. The contents of emails can – just as with a postcard – be viewed by a third party. We therefore recommend sending personal information to us by post.

11. Changes and Deletion of Personal Data

If you want to change or erase your personal data, please refer to the location named below. Basically, we erase your personal data as soon as we have accomplished our data requirements. However, normally your personal data is erased as soon as we have obtained the information necessary for our purposes which was originally stored. We must point out that owing to circumstances due to legal storage- and accounting-responsibilities, we may not yet erase your data. In this case however, you still have the right to disable the data.

12. Collecting general information

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is only information that does not allow conclusions about your person. This information is technically necessary to correctly deliver the contents of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us, in order to optimize our Internet appearance and the technology behind it.

14. Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (such as changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions).

For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that an application is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the "Double Opt-In" procedure.

For this purpose we record the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected. The registration for the newsletter will be logged in order to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the login and the confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Similarly, the changes to your data stored with MailChimp will be logged.

The consent to the storage of your personal data and their use for the newsletter can be revoked at any time. Each newsletter has a link to it. In addition, you can unsubscribe from this website at any time or inform us of your request via the contact option indicated at the end of this Privacy Notice.

15. Use of "MailChimp"

The newsletter is distributed via "MailChimp", a newsletter shipping platform of Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave # 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

The e-mail addresses of our Newsletter recipients, as well as their other information described in these notes, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. Furthermore, MailChimp may, according to its own information, use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for the technical optimization of the shipping and the presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes, to determine from which countries the recipients come.

However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or to pass them on to third parties.

We trust on the reliability, and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and is committed to complying with EU data protection requirements.

Furthermore, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp pledges to protect the data of our users, to process it in accordance with its privacy policy on our behalf and, in particular, not to disclose it to third parties. There are cases in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the MailChimp websites. For example, Our newsletters contain a link that allows newsletter recipients to retrieve newsletters online (for example, in the case of display problems in the e-mail program). Furthermore, newsletter recipients can store their data, such as correct the e-mail address later. Similarly, the privacy policy of MailChimp is only available on their page.

In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), which will apply from 25 May 2018, we inform you that the consents to the sending of e-mail addresses on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO and § 7 (2) no. 3 and (3) UWG. The use of the mail service provider MailChimp, carrying out the statistical surveys and analyzes as well as logging the registration process, are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We are interested in using a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves both our business interests and the expectations of our users.

16. Changes in the PRIVACY POLICY

The rapid technological development of the internet and the changes in law and jurisdiction with regard to privacy policies have made it necessary for us to alter our privacy policy from time to time in order to meet the new requirements.
